Ordering

Using a pos system so nothing could go wrong. The system was fast and did not crash. They use a name system which is quite nice. I don't like it when they call numbers (like prisoners).

Receiving

The drinks would be ready first and place on the tabletop, followed by food. So while waiting for my order, there were several drinks on the table. When my order was ready. The food package was not next to my drink and I have to clarify with them. This could be improved by placing next to each other.

Eating

The tables have crumbs left by previous diners. The staff were busy preparing and sending food. None was at the dining area to clean the tables. They do not serve trays. All the foods are packed in take away package which is ok for me. After all it is a fast food chain and the package are recyclable paper bags.

Food Very huge burger for me. The caramel shake was tasty but the tenders were too salty and dry. There were no other available sauces to pair with my fries. Such as...

Bad food and moreover worst customer service. One particular girl who took our order was already rude before we came in. She took our order as we placed two grilled chicken burger in a meal. When we opened the burger the patty was soo dry and 40% burnt. We went to the counter politely and said that burger are not good to eat. She said u might don’t know but the grilled chicken burger is like this only. I was quite and thought that we are not having it for the first time. Her way of dealing was soo bad. I don’t know who appointed her as a front staff with such a rude behaviour. Then we returned the rest of our food and then finally she said I can swap ur burger without feeling any sorry. A big face lady with a very dark shades in the eyes whose on duty today, at 5:10pm 11/01/2024 at the ordering in drive tru. Seems like in a race to hurry us to make an order. Where infact we are only two cars in the line. We ordered properly "Family Bundle Meal" but didn't understand and put a wrong order which is "KIDS MEAL" hello?!!! and since she's in a race and her tone change we have no choice but agreed to the order and add grilled chicken out of our mind as we don't have time to think properly as she wants us to moved immediately. I was really pissed!! Don't work in the drive thru ordering if that is your attitude!!! a-hole‼️ She knows I am upset because she walks away and let the other lady hand our orders.
