IL CAPO PIZZA — Restaurant in Victoria

We had a great time at this brewery and pizza spot with the family. The dough was absolutely delicious — fresh, chewy, and full of flavour. We tried the spicy pepperoni, which the adults really enjoyed, but it was a bit too hot for the kids so they didn’t eat as much (note to self for next time!).

The chips were crispy and tasty, and the overall atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming. The older kids loved playing pool, and we were pleasantly surprised to find out that Thursdays from around 4 to 8 pm are free pool nights — a great bonus!

Ordered 4 pizzas, 3 with gluten free base and one of those with dairy free cheese. Ended up with all having gluten free bases (that's not the end of the world) but the dairy free was normal cheese and would have ended up with a really bad week had I eaten it. Took 50 min to be made and when I returned the pizza to them they took my number to do a refund (wasn't going to wait another 30 min). Never got the refund until I returned after everyone else ate and took another 10 min messing around with them doing it. Really made my birthday unpleasant, particularly when I hadn't eaten...

One of the best ever gluten free pizzas I’ve had. I remembered to snap a photo after I already ate a slice. I also ordered a garlic gluten free pizza and that one was excellent too, especially for garlic lovers.

The true test of a gluten free pizza is how it tastes the next day and this one was amazing! Didn’t even need heating up- the crust was tops.
