KFC Grovedale — Restaurant in Victoria

Just got there not long after 8 pm on Monday night only to be told there would be a wait of 10 minutes as they had no chicken!! A chicken fast food restaurant that has no chicken is absurd!! But when I looked at the staff I wasn't surprised ,they all looked barely 16 the staff that are in the kitchen were joking around which to me was totally inappropriate seeings that they had no chicken ready.....I couldn't see any adult leadership there at all,just young kids,I find this a total disgrace on many levels,even the manager was a kid..... I ordered a 6 piece pack,and asked for legs and thighs ,I got one leg ,2 wings, 3 breasts.....I had no confidence in the staff so when my order was finally ready well after 10 minutes i asked if I got what I ordered and they said they gave me 2 wings ,I said I'm not paying nearly 17 dollars for 6 piece's of chicken and 2 of them are wings..... Anyway they took back the wings and gave me one chicken leg and 5 breast piece's that are totally dry and unedable..... Waited in drive thru line for 10 to 15mins, got to pay window 2 young kids too busy laughing and carrying rather then serving customers, and taking orders, the line up was halfway down the carpark...got to pick up window she went to get my 2 chocolate mousses. That was after she got the next persons order ready, then stood around then scratched her face after touching her food. Then comes to the window with change and stated "I'm sorry we don't have any mousses, so here's your money back, sorry it's not my store I'm just filling in" then slammed the window closed before I had a chance to say anything to her because I had a not impressed look on my face after waiting another 10mins..... get home pepsi max half flat, twister was thrown together and untidy, two pieces of chicken thrown in the box..... really poor service, poor presentation and no respect shown by the staff on tonight.... have been there before had no problems staff friendly pleasant, service quick, efficient, food...

Three friends and I ordered a burger feast with plenty add ons, and all of them were there, nothing missing, nothing mixed up. all of the burgers were neatly made, weren't squished, perfect temperature, were very crunchy, not covered in oil, not soggy at all and had the perfect amount of sauce on each. The chips weren’t cold, were salted throughout and the popcorn chicken was the best i’ve had, crunchy, not soggy, consistent, no small crum like pieces and again cooked perfectly. The staff were friendly and more than happy to tend to our needs and gave us plenty serviettes, and extra hand wipes and as well as we got our food very quickly considering the amount of it.
