KFC Warragul Queen Street — Restaurant in Victoria

My partner and I ordered 2 3 piece boxes, 2 popcorn chickens. 30 minutes it took them to cook.. told initially to wait in carpark for 4 mins.. waited 10.. went inside and asked .. basically told to keep waiting in carpark area without any explanation as to why so late.. waited another 10 mins.. told by staff they forgot to tell me there was no chicken and I’ll have to wait 15 mins.. I said I’ve just waited more than 15 mins.. how much longer? The girl said 15.. was given the choice of having something without chicken but I said I’ve come here to have chicken and it’s KFC so I’ll wait another 15 but not happy. Orded two Zinger Box's at 8:18pm on Monday night.. waited 10mins then told their is not Zinger fillets for the burgers. I agreed to having original fillets. The meals to ages to come out. I already had a feeling it was not going to be good because of the staff looking stressed and people asking to go home. I could see the boxes just sitting their with all the other items getting cold, while waiting for the burgers. I should have asked for my money back. An absolutely disgraceful place. Staff were the up most disrespectful workers ever. We should be hiring people that could a potential career instead of children that are so disrespectful to us older generation. I ask for a large chips, simple right!? Apparently not. I pull out one of my chips to see a long brunette hair, my hairs blonde. The staff were giving me rude looks since I have a disability in my right eye. I heard them snickering behind my back. I have been to many kentucky fried chicken restaurants in my life time and this is the WORST! We should hire more experienced workers instead of high schoolers that give no care in the world.
