McDonald's Stawell — Restaurant in Victoria

Alright I have given this place chance after chance and the only consistencies are bad service and bad food!

Do you enjoy nuggets so hard the can break glass? How about getting locked in the play area with the screaming 3 year olds because the staff members failed to unlock the door so it becomes a one way trip to funland? Perhaps you may enjoy a staff member who doesn't seem to be listening but with faith you place your order since you assume it is their job they must have this, only to find out you were in fact right and your order is completely wrong? At the end of this process you might have well saved time and just said 'surprise me' right at the start however the only surprise would be that the order is fresh, fast and the staff member cracks something resembling a smile when you speak to them.

Maybe you want to avoid all this? The drive through perhaps? A more impersonal approach, faster service and you can see your order on the screen as they plug it in?

Well good luck with that! What you will find in the drive through is that no matter what that screen says you will ALWAYS be missing things in your final order, I have rarely gotten a sauce... Its 2018 man! I thought we identified the leaving out the sauce issue years ago! You will enjoy long waits in the waiting bay regardless of how big or small your order is. You will enjoy the same rude staff member who somehow has found you once again to bark through the window. You will repeat your order multiple times as they hit the randomize button to fill the screen full of items you never asked for or wanted.

And after all of this you get your same bag of rocks that were once nuggets and no sauce!

It has now become associated with frustration and pain to hear the words 'lets just grab some maccas' and that is truly a sad state of affairs. 👎

On my visit today I ordered egg and bacon muffin meal, with a latte and a hot cakes. I mentioned that previously they had forgotten items in my order. It was early in the morning, before 7 am, and there weren't many people there. I went through the drive thru, and was asked to go to the waiting bay. It wasn't long before my order arrived, hardly worth going to waiting bay. When I got home, guess what?yep no hash brown with my meal, also muffin and hot cakes are barely warm. Coffee was good, but a little cool. Do they have food cooked before you get there? Breakfast is the only food I will buy there after receiving an Angus burger that was stone cold and RAW on a previous occasion. I have complained several times, but it makes no difference. Do the owners care about their customers? It is only a matter of time before they are sued for food poisoning, when they are happy to serve cold mince beef. It's no wonder the staff don't care. And after reading all the reviews, you must be losing business as well. It makes Stawell look bad and gives the town a bad review as well. Maybe you need some competition, it might put you out of business. If I am ill in the next few days I will put it down to your food, my muffin tasted a little strange this morning, almost like it was bacon out of date, or some chemical residue on your equipment, a metallic taste. Do the owners read these reviews, they should, if so, then I suggest you lift your game, for your own sake if not your customers. It would be nice to get a response from you. I do hope you take on board what is happening in your business, and act on it to improve...

Seriously Who would go to Mc donalds in Stawell . Last week we went through drive through ,asked for bacon and egg muffin and 2 coffee . Get out on western highway ,open up hello we have a sausage and egg muffin. Coffee cold ,wonderful Today 29Nov went down for lunch .I stand at the coffee counter for 10mins before being told by a rude staff member it might be quicker to go to front counter. So went to front counter asked for 2 1/4 strength coffees in mugs and saucers to have in and 2 chips . So order. look at docket no it says 2 half strength coffees so back i go to tell them I want 1/4 strength not 1/2 ,remind the staff I said in mug and saucer to drink in . So along comes the coffees in takeaway mugs ,can you believe it after telling them already twice. We say to the girl working at coffee counter that we asked for coffee in mug and saucer to drink here ,so she at first ignores me and continues to put the other one in take away cup also. So we say to the girl again ( who never cracked a smile the whole time )we would like it in a mug and saucer please. So she pours them out of takeaway in to a mug and saucer . Not once spoke or smiled .(very rude )Dont know her name but she is short and dark .Then to top it off coffee only just warm . I am sure there are lots of young girls who would jump at the chance at working instead they employ someone who clearly didnt want to be there. Come on Stawell mc donalds pull your finger out and start...
