Napoletana Pizza & Pasta — Restaurant in Victoria

Absolutely disappointing buisness. Ordered donuts on Uber Eats from Parma Corner also trading as Napoletana Pizza and Pasta. Rang after an hour of waiting to be told they have had a busy night and would deliver in the next 30 mins. After 30 more mins I tryed to call again but no answer. Eventually after several hours of waiting decided to go to bed. Woke up the next morning to see the order had been apparently delivered at 1:30 am. (They never arrived) I rang the following day to organise a refund but they promised to replace the order so I offered to pickup. I drove about 20 mins to pickup. Once i arrived one staff member explained they could only offer me 4 of the 24 donuts I had paid for due to not having any left, while another staff member brang the box of frozen donuts out to show me they only had a few left and needed to keep them for other customers, there was way more than 24 in the box, I let them know I was frustrated with this and wanted a refund but they still would not give me a refund saying that they cooked my donuts last night. This made me more frustrated and eventually the owner came out and gave me a refund. All in all a terrible experience, incompetent staff that are hard to understand. I would stay clear of this...

Very rude customer service guy hung up on me because i complained. Spent 93 dollars on food. Pizza was barely cooked the moment i picked it up everything came off was left holding pizza base. Big chunks of onion that was completely raw. Buy one get one free cabora was off and expired. I was sick for 4 days for taking 2 bites. Buy one get one free parmi a knife couldnt cut through it. Dry as a bone even sauce was dry.You lied saying its cooked all fresh. You did not like the complaint and didnt offer refund People if you dont want to get sick for days do not order from this restaurant especially when owner of a business treats customers the way you do. I will make sure health inspector gets notified and shuts your shop down. PATHETIC is being nice there are other words i can describe as your food is not fit to be eaten by any animal let aline a customer. If i could hive a zero i would. Stay...

SEE PHOTOS! We ordered from here, through Uber Eats, last night. On Uber Eats they operate under "Pasta Corner". Our meal was due at 6.15pm (we ordered around 5.30pm) and arrived after 7pm. Upon inquiry, we were informed that they "were a driver down". We had ordered (see photo) 2x their pasta special. 3 small serves of individual pastas per container. We chose Meatballs Pasta • Ala Matriciana Pasta • Chicken Creamy Pesto Pasta (x2). What we received were two tubs of cold, claggy pasta. One was a (maybe tinned?) watery spaghetti bolognaise that had almost no sauce and had an alarming grey tinge. The other was a penne with a tomato (?) sauce, I'm honestly not even sure what it was meant to be. Ignore any excuse they reply with, it won't be the truth. Stay away from both Napolentana Pizza & Pasta and Pasta Corner (or whatever other name they're forced to...
