Oliver's - Wallan Southbound — Restaurant in Victoria

Me & my family stopped at Oliver’s to have some quick lunch before heading home. But had the worst experience of my life. the lady at the counter was extremely rude & disrespectful. Me & my sister were deciding on the order & the staff had no respect & asked if we have already decided or else she has other stuff to do.. after deciding we ordered some pies & she was like order quick, I have to leave She did not have what we ordered & said she only has what is available on display After getting the pie, when we were about to pay, she did not charge anything, as she was about to throw & shut down the place.. She treated us as beggars & wanted to give away stuff for free as she was about to throw everything in the bin I have retail store myself & I would never accept or allow any of my staff to behave like this …

After this, she threw everything from display& behaved rudely She closed the shop by 2 pm when the timing on google says it to be open till 8 pm

Not sure what happened, but seeing so much stuff go in bin,...

Terrible service I asked if they could make a special omelet without capsicum, as I often have them at Olivers Coffs Harbour and Wyong stores. Young girl advised they could but would take 5 minutes.I recieved omelet with capsicum when I took it back girl said we tried to pick it out from mix.I stormed away from counter as it was not what I ordered ,young girl then came and told me after they could see my frustration that they could make what I first ordered .They did supply another omelet (which was nice) I was going too apologize for my actions , but the young girl placed omelet on counter and would not give eye contact so I walked away very upset with service Note Oliver's was north bound side I will still continue to use Oliver's on my travels and put this down to personnel...

Normally a great place today I was totally ignored the staff member actually turned aWay from me. When i yelled out hello she approached me. Once at the counter she took my coffee order but could no answer any questions about products therefore no sides were offered unable to say what fillings were in wrapps didn't know anything .. I was informed.... I'm new .. Pls train educate staff of products they are selling and for new staff to wear a mask correctly not...
