San Marco Bar Grill Pizza Restaurant — Restaurant in Victoria

Absolutely deplorable service! Untrained staff, our entire docket sat in the waitresses apron until we complained THEN was put through. We were told we would get a complimentary starter pizza for the wait which was never received 🤣( dont worry it gets better). After an hour and a half since we had ordered we asked where our kids drinks were?????. We then overheard another waitress argue the point with another saying we already received them!?!. I'm sorry but my kids clearly know the difference between tap water and lemonade!!. Their drinks were then still left behind the bar until I asked again for the second time. Not sure if we were on candid camera because this would have to be the most pathetic dine in experience I've ever encountered! The kids were thankfully for their drinks finally at 8pm when we ordered at 6.15... half our meals were packed in takeaway bags as it was was too late for the kids at this stage. Do not recommend!! Especially with children. ( let's also take into account the restaurant wasn't even half full and takeaway...

As part of Covid-19 San Marco have been doing some really good deals, as part of this we have been accessing the Tuesday night $14 pasta deal. Unfortunately tonight when I went to pick up our pasta order I was not charged the $14 deal I asked why and I was advised that I did not ask for the $14 pasta when I made my phone order. I pointed out I never needed to ask when making the phone order before and had no issues - the reply being they must of been junior staff when they took your order if they let you do that. Really what sort of reply is that!

We had a booking for mother's Day dinner with family coming from the city to get together. We arrived on time at 7pm & were sat at a table well suited to the fact we had kids. That's where the pleasant experience ended. We had to repeatedly ask to order drinks which came more than half an hour later. The kids meals came out fairly quickly & one adults meal but the rest, we waited for almost an hour & a half. Throughout the waiting time, no drinks were offered to us, in fact we had to repeatedly ask for the drinks we ordered. Meals were ok but after waiting so long, were not enjoyed. This used to be a place we enjoyed eating at but after our experience last night, we will not return. Very very...
