Disappointing Experience - Avoid at All Costs!

I recently had the misfortune of dining at Indian Tadka, and I must warn others about the subpar food quality. Unfortunately, my experience was a disaster from start to finish.

The dishes we ordered were a far cry from the delicious Indian cuisine I've come to know and love. The flavors were off, the textures were unappetizing, and the presentation was lackluster. It was clear that the kitchen was not putting in the necessary care and attention to detail.

I was expecting rich, bold flavors and tender ingredients, but what we got was a mess of overcooked, under seasoned, and unpalatable food. It's clear that the restaurant is cutting corners and not prioritizing customer satisfaction.

Unless Indian Tadka revamps their kitchen and focuses on quality control, I would strongly advise against dining here. Save your taste buds and your money - there are far better options available.

Will I return? Absolutely...

Absolutely disgusted by how the staff on tonight's shift treated both me and my partner. We ordered got something we didn't order and was met with absolute rudeness and disgust by the staff. We really enjoyed our food and the service we recieved the previous time but tonight was shocking and they've just lost 2 customers. Refused to compensate us for making the food spicy when we asked for mild and re iterated that we need it not spicy over the phone multiple times. They demanded I bring the food back in a zip lock bag for the chef to taste I am beyond disgusted that that was asked of me. Staff member refused to listen to a word I said and was just rude when all we wanted to do was politely speak to the chef about the order. $70 of food literally thrown...

So unfortunately and unbelievably frustrated and angry see photo for evidence. We returned to the restaurant today after being charged twice by them. See photo for the double charge evidence. We paid online on Tuesday the 22 but were made to pay again once we arrived at the restaurant. They swore at the restaurant tonight that they had done the refund through Apple Pay 2 days after this payment. After checking once returning home we found no evidence of what they said. We are so disappointed as this was some of the best Indian food we had found but after this dishonesty we will never return!!!

FYI the online booking system is also flawed. Be careful that what you click on is what you get.
