Frendz Pizza and Pasta wallan MASSIVE thumbs down I pre ordered food ( I’ve ordered many times) I wait and wait says 6pm delivery okay wait and wait 6:30 doesn’t show I called a million times no one answered Take kids down in the car ( have to get someone to come with me now) Ask them where my pizza is They claim it’s been delivered , well no because I’m the only adult in the house and I haven’t been given pizza Then the delivery guy comes in and argues with me that it’s been delivered Well if that’s the case why am I standing here If you didn’t deliver the pizza to me then you delivered it to the wrong house ..... I show them my security cameras on my phone Clearly there’s no damn pizza there Delivery guy still trying to tell me he delivered it CLEARLY YA DIDNT BUD then I ask for a refund Nope no refund Only thumbs up Is to the young guy who delivered it the second time and actually found my house and apologised even though wasn’t him who “delivered” it first Since have found the lady who received it They left it at her front door Tried to make me out to be a liar about receiving it She tried to contact them left a message Partner tried following car to give it back Then go demand money off them after you realised your own mistake but didn’t give me a refund for your own mistake I actually was a loyal customer but not anymore if this is how you treat not only customers but someone who tried to do the right thing and return...

AVOID AVOID AVOID Last 3 times there have been a nightmare since they have new management. 1st time they took nearly 2 hours to deliver, and when they did the food was cold and only half the order was there. They delivered the rest after we had eaten the microwaved pizza delivered late. 2nd order they delivered half an hour late, but it was the wrong pizzas. Nearly poisoned my brother-in-law with allergens. They reluctantly gave us a refund since they would have delivered after the kids bedtime. Final straw is that they refuse to deliver to us because they consider a refund an "unacceptible loss" according to their manager. They obviously don't know how to run a business, as the manager was rude and hung up on me when I asked for an explanation. ONLY GO THERE IF YOU WANT TO WASTE YOUR...

The pizza took an hour to be delivered, this isnt really a bother, it happens. But when the pizza arrived it was barely warm and this was eaten straight away. The quality of ingredients was on the lower side and minimal toppings used. We ordered a margarita pizzas and there was very little cheese used with patches of the pizza with no toppings. There was very little sauce on the base of the pizza, it felt there was more used on the swirls around the pizza. The base isnt freshly made but a frozen base and the pizza was over cooked. Overall a disappointing barely warm dinner. Personally wont order here again as this isnt the first lacking experience and can buy a nicer pizza from the frozen section of the super market with more toppings and will be hot.
