Station Refreshment Room — Restaurant in Victoria

Not sure what the person working there's problem is, but maybe she needs to find a job not around people.

I asked if something has meat in it (because so often I have ordered something similar only to find it has bacon pieces in it - not that I need to justify asking a question about an ingredient in food), and her response was glaring and answering sarcastically. When I stated that there was no need to be so rude, she slammed down the coffee filter on the counter with so much force that I just walked out telling her I no longer wanted the coffee.

I've worked in customer service, I understand that customers are annoying sometimes, but her actions in no way lined up with the question. She was outright nasty and cold, and from reading other complaints on Google, I can only assume she still has a job because she owns or manages the place, or they're...

Yesterday we came to the cafe to buy sandwiches and coffees. We requested that the sandwiches were in a paper bag, and stated that we would be taking these with us. The young female staff member simply glared at us as if our request was preposterous. At this point one of us was ready to walk out. But we continued to add coffees to this order, requesting that they be served in ceramic cups, as we consuming these at Station cafe. This same staff member reached for takeaway cups; we reminded her that we had requested ceramic. The coffees were served in takeaway cups. When I reminded that we had asked for ceramic cups, she sneered at me and stated that we had been given cups. We won't be back. Why so dismissive of patrons who are spending money...

14/10/22 I have to say the staff member on was so so rude and horrible service. I purchased a ceasar salad and the second I opened the container it smelt horrific. I took one bite and had to throw it straight out as it was definitely past bad. I did not approach woman about it as she’s not approachable and I watched her be judgemental and rude as hell to everyone other customer after me to. Slamming things down on bench and snapping back at people. And not turning the eftpos machine towards anyone so they can see what’s on the screen. Just disappointing service. I have come other times and staff in the past have been okay. But not this lady. She should not be working...
