I’ve been coming here for some time, but tonight was a pretty poor experience. We had a table of four booked. We were greeted at the door by a younger guy who had no customer service skills at all. We were shown to our table, where we were seen to by a really friendly waitress, who was helpful and did everything with a smile, so that was a plus. We ordered our food, and that’s when it went really downhill. I ordered a Surf ‘n’ Turf porterhouse, which was horrible. The steak, although cooked well, had obviously not been rested, and was really tough and dry. The ‘creamy garlic sauce’ was served in a small ramekin, and resembled more of a gravy with chunks of garlic in it, rather than a white garlic sauce, and it had obviously been microwaved as it had a skin that had formed on the top. The menus we were handed had not been wiped down and were covered in grease and sticky residue from people resting their drinks on it. The stand with the table number and salt and pepper was covered in crumbs and old food. It’s the sporting globe so my expectations weren’t too high, but if it weren’t for the half price steak night, my steak would have cost $50.95, which is completely disproportionate to its quality. If you wish to charge that price, you’re going to have to do a lot better. I’ve been a member for a while now, but I won’t be racing back any time soon. The only reason this has two stars and not one is because of the nice waitress we had tending...

An amazing bar and grill! We were going to go to another restaurant, but it was closed. So we went here, and we weren't disappointed with the food — it was delicious! This bar and grill serves a wide range of dishes, including burgers, wraps, Parmas, bowls, steaks, chips, and much much more. We all enjoyed our meals, they were all great. The wrap I had was very delicious and the chips were thick and crispy perfection. There is also a bar and lots of TVs playing many different sports, so you and your mates can have a couple pints while you watch the latest footy match on a Friday night! (Sorry, got carried away There.) Anyways, I forgot to mention dessert! How silly of me! The chocolate fudge brownie was very chocolatey and delicious, perfection. The service was efficient and fast — it didn't take that long for our food to come. Awesomeness! The atmosphere was electric! As mentioned before, there are many TVs playing many different sports, and many sports fans come here to have a good meal (or a few beers with the mates) while they watch their favourite sports. There are also tables which have little TVs too! (They're reserved for people who made a booking.) There is also an upstairs with, you guessed it, MORE TVS PLAYING SPORTS! HOW INCREDIBLE! So overall, the sporting globe is a great bar and grill to have a meal and a drink at, while you watch your favourite sports! We will definitely be back...

I've been here twice now, won't dissapoint myself a third time. First time with raw chicken should have been enough but we came here with friends and didn't want to cause a fuss so I decided to give it another shot. I'll keep my review simple. Four people. Every meal had something wrong. I ordered a chicken wrap, lemonade no ice, coffee extra shot. I got a chicken burger, lemonade with ice and a weak cold coffee I couldn't drink. Partner got a $24 burger with a piece of uncooked bacon smaller then my little finger. Asked for no pickles no tomato (allergic) got tomato and pickles. Friend ordered the porterhouse rare no chips and paid extra for feta on salad. She got a cold well done steak with chips and a salad. Then asked for her extra salad and they tried to charge her it for it. Other friends burger was stone cold and had avo when he hasked for no avocado. We were also not told about the holiday surcharge (dont mind paying if it goes to the workers) the manager did comp the steak and drinks (which was nice) but walked off when were trying to give respectful feedback. Won't bother...

I felt the advertising for the specials here was very misleading. Kids eat free if you're a member. Steak special on Tuesdays only applies to porterhouse. I ordered the porterhouse, it was very chewy and had zero flavour or seasoning. It was very apparent they're using budget beef. The garlic sauce was sweet and odd tasting. Was very disappointed. My kids didn't enjoy their meal either, the mac n cheese bites were awful. Very thick and pastey on the inside. Staff were really friendly though but unfortunately I can now understand why there was very little patrons there. Food was not great :( and as a single mum who had to save up to go out for dinner, i was really disappointed I chose this place (based on their misleading advertisements)

Long story short: 5 star, enjoy your meal. That’s it, goodbye. All right, here’s some details: I test restaurants with the pork-factor; if a chef can cook any recipe with pork to perfection, it means they can do any recipe to perfection. If you’re into the culinary arts you know how different cooking pork is to any other meat. I ordered Baby Back Pork Ribs: -cooked to perfection -absolutely no foul or off smell -amazingly fresh and juicy -better than the pork ribs I tried in a 5-star Sydney restaurant -the sauce: 5-star I ate every bit of it and even when I was full, still it tasted delicious. (Pork factor: 5-star) Negative points: Chips too oily Packaging: the sauce was scattered all over etc etc Overall: SOLID ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
