A huge shoutout to Hayden on my re-attempt visit after the shitty 1st visit.
Went through on Saturday (17/05/2025) asked for a salad bowl with the same ingredients as one of their specialty subs but asked to have no tomato and extra chicken teriyake. Had tomato and standard amount of teriyake and wasn't impressed despite paying extra. You could tell this bloke hated his job and rushed it.
Came through tonight (18/05/2025) and explained what had happened the night before and had a different bloke. He was friendly and rectified it, even adding extra of my favourite salads. So a shout out to Hayden! Thankyou for having a smile on your dial unlike your colleague. This is why I gave 5 stars otherwise it'd be a 1 and there wouldn't be a 3rd visit...

I realise there has been a big mistake here on my end. I never even knew there was another subway on Benalla road. When I saw the order was actually for Benalla road I thought it was the drive through which I called. I was abit angry and made my review without thinking.
