When I had gotten there (was 8.30 pm) staff member was quite rude towards me. Yes I understand it was nearing the end of the day but I ask if I could please have a foot long (Italian herbs and cheese) which he replied no too we have ran out. And said we have which ever 2 were left. I then went to ask about a wrap and he'd not only said rudely (after I said no thank you due fo allergies!!) Good bye. Pretty good. Staff non engaging though. Be nice if they would talk and smile a bit more to their customers. Hard for elderly or sick people to sit out in the cold outdoors, so asked if air con could be turned down and we could sit indoors for 15 mins. They happily obliged. Every table saying we couldnt sit down as was Covid but the lady I was with who was in loads of pain wouldnt do well in the outdoor cold. It did feel a bit cool indoors too in dining room. We found out that they were selling items that were labelled out of date. I only put a low rating so that they will be more vigilant and careful because you need to be when dealing with food.
Also one time, the nice lady asked if I wanted it toasted, which I said yes to, then she adds vegetables and gives me an untoasted sub. Mistakes happen but please be more careful! :)
