Had a flayva wrap, which is my go to order at the Adelaide stores. Was surprised to find thay had used cheese squares instead of shredded cheese at this store. Not sure if they had just run out of shredded cheese or if it was a choice. The wrap was still okay but not great. On the up side, the hot chips were spot on. Hot, crispy and salty. The staff were nice enough and happy to help. The interior of the store is quite sterile and lacks any personality or warmth. White tiled walls and floors, resembling a hospital kitchen. No background music or radio, just the sounds the of the staff talking to customers in the drive-thru. So would recommend using the drive-thru. The store manager refused to provide any assistance when order being delivered was cancelled 40 mins after the order was placed. DoorDash said to contact store for assistance on reordering. The store manager simply said it's not us, it's DoorDash and we haven't even received the order, although I received an email order confirmation from Red Rooster Mildura. I asked for DoorDash's information and the store manager that couldn't handle the heat said no I'm not giving it to you, like a child. Absolutely disgusting service, had to repeat my self several times going through the drive thru. Once got home majority of the chicken was very dry and had to throw the rest out. Called up and asked to speak with one of the managers who I had expressed my feedback. He decided to hang up on me twice. The second time called I heard the man in the back ground say “no don’t pick it up, then hung up the phone. I had asked for a refund or at-least half a refund.
