We ordered a pizza and two vegetarian pastas, but what we got was far from what we expected. One pasta had pork (some of us unknowingly ate it) and the other, which was supposed to be pesto vegetarian, came with chicken.
We called the restaurant right away since it was our dinner at around 9 p.m., and there were no other options nearby. All they offered was a refund, but we were hungry and asked for a replacement. After some arguing, they reluctantly agreed.
When we finally got the replacement, it was incredibly disappointing—bland, tasteless, and seemed like raw pasta with cream. This was by far the worst experience we’ve had here. Town and Country used to be good, but this was a real letdown.

The customer service is horrendous, I had to explain pizza sizes and the actual menu to the bloke on the phone and he still screwed it up.
We received our pizza without the southwest sauce which is the main ingredient but because we were not going to drive back there straight away we were told that it was our problem and they will not be doing anything about it.
Lastly we ordered the king size pizza which come with a free garlic bread but tonight they decided not to supply the bread because apparently now that's at the mangers discretion.
If you want pizza in Torquay I recommend getting it from Doh Bros or get a frozen one from next door but don't waste your money at this joint..
If I could give you no...
