Upper Murray Community Bakery — Restaurant in Victoria

We popped in for a coffee and cake on Australia Day 2020, the day after the town opened to visitors after bush fire related road closures. It is not pretentious in its ambiance. Unlike quite a number of small businesses in rural areas on public holidays, it was actually open. We ( a group of mature motorcyclists) shared and enjoyed a large outdoor table with other tourists. A great community initiative, which deserves support from us all. The sausage rolls were fresh, tasty and hot. The coffee was hot and tasty. The caramel slice and vanilla slice were to die for - traditional country quality and flavour.
