Zephyrz Pizza & Grill — Restaurant in Victoria

Came here on Easter Sunday, not sure if owner had put the bare minimum staff on so he could save money or there wasn’t staff available but it was sad to watch. The staff were run off their feet with no breaks, we were constantly clearing our own table, our table waited 2 hours for our food. We all felt so sorry for the poor girl in the kitchen on her own. Owner didn’t seem to care though and was quite rude and not very apologetic for the wait. There was a teenage boy running around the restaurant the whole night embarrassing himself- who appeared to be on drugs. He was trying to do hand stands on top of the bar kicking and waving his feet in customers faces while they were trying to dine. Couldn’t believe the owners just stood there and laughed and thought this behavior was funny. What a circus. very disappointing terrible service second time visiting and will not return both times have been bad experiences this time we had meals coming out over 45minutes after others on the table had finished their meals staff tried to blame us for their mistakes as they forgot to put orders through then said it was put through on hold even brought the receipt out to try and prove us wrong once we showed the time we paid on our banking app was extremely rude as the staff were very unprofessional with how they dealt with the issue had they not tried to blame us for their mistake and handle the issue better we would have been very understanding but being blamed for their mistake was very disappointing will not return and would not recommend also was disappointing that the nappy change facility’s were in the women’s toilets only which ment that the males with kids had to get females from our table to...

We were kindly recommended this establishment by the manager of the Central Motel. Parking was easy and plentiful. On entering we were pleased that the ambience and decor was warm, striking and inviting with a horse racing theme. Greeted and made welcome by Lexie, we were soon seated at a table of our choice. My husband requested his fave pasta dish which wasn't on the menu. The chef willingly accommodated him. I enjoyed my souvlaki immensely. We had a really pleasant meal in clean, airy surrounds with a family atmosphere. On the way out we met the owner who was also very warm and chatty.
