Hungry Jack's Burgers Wagga Wagga — Restaurant in Wagga Wagga City Council

If I could give it no stars I would. Ordered over $100 worth of food through menulog at about 6:45pm tonight, still hadn't received order by 8pm-called the store was told they were waiting on a driver and the order hasn't been made. Called the store again at 9pm was told to still wait for a driver then called again at 9:45 and was told to still wait. I told them to cancel the order and they couldn't find it even though they found it before. I asked if it had been picked up by a driver which they couldn't answer. They finally found the order after hanging up on me 4 times and was met with laughing in the background by staff (all we wanted was to cancel and refund). Poor staff attitude and very rude. After asking for a refund again because it had been almost 3 hours we were hung up on again...multiple times....

Came through drivethru last Wednesday (9th of May), but after getting home we realised the burgers weren’t how they should have been with a few things missing from some, so I called up and spoke to Tegan who not only heard me out completely without interrupting at all (which made me feel understood and helped defuse the situation, something I learnt while doing a Leadership Program through Coles), as soon as I had finished talking she calmly apologised and said to please come back and she will not only replace the burgers that weren’t done correctly but also replace the whole meal. I was absolutely amazed by her in every way!!! Best customer service I have probably ever seen!!! Will be definitely recommending Wagga Wagga Hungry Jack’s....

We often go to a hungry jacks while we are traveling this beautiful country of ours. Never in all our visits have we seen such terrible service. Why should we have to check our orders every time we go there. Can not these young people enter it right when we tell them. We ordered four burgers and chips but when we got home we had 3 burgers (and not the ones we ordered).. we took it back and told them and they were so rude and didn’t even say sorry for the stuff up. You know it doesn’t take much for word of mouth to ruin a business. Also the burgers they replaced were so cold and just slapped together. Think twice people before you visit...
