Red Rooster Wagga Wagga — Restaurant in Wagga Wagga City Council

It should really be 0 stars, you can not choose 0. I have really never had an issue with Red Rooster Wagga, and I am not one that will complain lightly (forgotten chips). However, when delivered tonight they did not give us our drinks or deserts (3 drinks and 3 deserts), on finally getting hold of the restaurant on the phone (about 15 calls later) I was told that they would get the driver to come back with our items. 5 minutes later I received a telephone call from the restaurant and had it stated to me that he had called the driver and was told that our items had been handed to us, I again advised the guy that this was not the case to which he responded that he would get the driver to bring our items. So not impressed with the customer service tonight (28 Sep 18) and feeling as though I was in the wrong. Red Rooster Wagga the customer is always right!

UPDATE: 1 hour and 13 minutes later got all drinks , but only two of the three deserts. What a joke. Red Rooster Wagga you have lost a customer which dose not bother me I will go else where with my average spend of...

When you go through the drive through about half the time they say "Sorry about the wait" and the other half of the time they probably should have said it because you'll always wait ten to fifteen minutes for even the simplest order.

I've been to this Red Rooster around five times and I always order either a Rippa Roll OR three chicken strips with a medium chips. So why, every time I order, does it seem like the staff have been caught completely off guard? I'm not up here making bespoke requests. I'm looking at the pictures, ordering what I can see.. on the menu.. that you guys made. Why does it always seem like you weren't expecting that?

This restaurant fill stomachs slower than the local council fills potholes. Extra star for atmosphere because the drive through ensures minimal contact with the unsmiling, unengaged and clearly...

Have tried multiple times to get in contact with the Wagga store via the form they tell everyone to fill out and they keep ignoring me. Received the most rancid chicken, it tasted off and like it had been refried about 7 times with the tiniest drizzle of honey sauce on it. It honestly didn’t taste safe to eat. It annoys me more that they have refused to respond to my complaint, as if I had just received an acknowledgement I wouldn’t have felt the need to write this review. Very poor food and very poor service. For the massive price you pay there, it’s not worth the risk of getting disgusting old food. Sometimes the food there is amazing, but I haven’t and won’t be back after my last experience especially with the complete lack of care...
