And oh my... if you're looking for a Pad Kee Mao (I get mine with chicken), get it from Tammy's. I used to be a green curry chicken guy. I loved it that much (also from Tammy's) that it felt like a maaaaajor risk I took one day just to try something different and have a go at the Pad Kee Mao.
I don't get green curry chicken much any more, even though it's incredible too. But that spicy sauce, the tender chicken, and those noodles, pillowy and mouth filling... ok ok, I'll stop. It's chopstick lickin' good.
The only downside is you better be prepared to find yourself comparing every pad kee mao you have ever again, with Tammy's... if you're brave enough to order it anywhere else. It IS...
