I had driven down from Brisbane a week ago.The service was ok but the bacon/beef burger was terrible.(esp.as compared my prefered Hungry Jack Baco deluxe)
A young blonde staff girl approached close to me.She was talking to someone else.She then used a self serve device right next to me. She did not say excuse me.It was like I was invisible. Of course this wouldnt matter,I am only a old overweight truck driver.I wouldnt care what I am given or how I am treated.
When I called in on Sun morning a Indian girl turned around,called out to another worker and continued her task. After a 500km drive since my last brief stop,a greeting of hello would have been nice.
Another young Indian man came out. I ordered and he put the credit facility near me. I dont think he told me the price. I said please and thank you. I asked for "a copy of my reciept please"but he was gone!No reply.
This man stood over the chip fryer,he stared at the wall for several minutes.He offered no conversation or social interaction.
When he brought my featherweight meal to me,he gave me my receipt.Obviously he heard my request but did not acknowledge. He did not speak.I put my hand to my ear. I said that I had spoken politely,said please and thank you twice.You could at least say thank you.....Once.
He then replied "Sank You".

Save your money and stop it. Coffee average at the best of times. Seriously, baristors! I was asked to wait in the waiting Bay after paying for my order which I placed 8 minutes prior and was just waiting for my coffee. I see other people pulling up to the coffee window and driving off, this went on for a while, so I go in and told to wait again while I watch coffee's going out left, right and centre. This is now 15-20 minutes after placing my order. I am then told that the orders with one coffee are being given first. WTF place is this. After some discussion trying to put my case forward to the manager who was SHOCKED that this was happening. Finally I get my coffee after another five minutes wait, I drive down the road to find I only have HOT CHOCOLATE. No COFFEE and in smaller cups than I Paid For. Seriously something wrong here. How many other people are also ripped off. Check your cameras, post it to utube, it's almost comical Put more staff on during known busy coffee periods please, it's not fair to put that much pressure on the very friendly staff....
   Read moreThe staff was arrogant. Donât seems they had a customer service training properly. I am 100% sure the staff is Racist. Two lady team leaders or managers + one girl was racially abused me and my family. I am so disappointed and angry. They need to respect our skin colour too. This is the way we born and we canât do anything about that. I am working on the go, at least 10 hours per day in the road. Every day I am eating or at least order a coffee from McDonaldâs. Never ever had this matter for last 12 years in my life with McDonaldâs. This is the first time itâs happened. May be they are super busy or something. But yelling, ask to come inside to talk, again ask to come through drive through, ask to pay again, not giving food because system says the payment didnât go through and after all we left without food and 5 minutes later deducted from my bank account.
