Cannot fault them... They are always doing it right from the customer service all the way to the taste of the food. Alisha and her team have my complete support in saying, THE BEST FAST FOOD RESTAURANT IN WELLINGTON. There is one more thing.... I like to place delivery notes on the online orders to create some amusement for all involved. I had once ask if they can go through the Maccas drive thru to get a large chips, with a tip of $10, he arrives with the large chips and paid for the chips with his own money while he was struggling with personal issues. I was amazed so I tipped him an extra $20 cash, he told me this will help me out so much because of his current financials and thanked me. But I told him to wait just there and tipped him an extra $30. I hope I made his day because...

So last Saturday night order 4 pizzas online i put pay when i pick up so i went down there the young bloke couldn't even fine my order he ask when did i order it i showed him the email saying i ordered and of course it was sitting in the warmer then when i paid for the pizza my card declined so i use my card on my phone went through thank god i ask for the receipt approved ..Then the next day sunday afternoon I got a phone call from wellington dominos asking if i paid for the pizza i question it of course she ask me to look at my account so i did i rung back and said its pending meaning it will come out mon or tues they did say the young boy was new but no excuse put on pizza b4 till and to be ask which bank i deal with thats rude...never again...

Ordered a pizza online which advised would be 15 minutes. After waiting an hour and no delivery which had also been paid for online I called the store. The girl I spoke to seemed to have no idea about the order and totally confused. When I asked her how much longer the pizza would be before delivered she told me it would be an hour. She could give me no reason as to why a pizza was going to take 2 hours to be cooked. No apology was offered. Sorry disgusting customer service. Last time I will order from...
