This was the price of two pies and two custard tarts, the pies were below average and borederline cold. I would honestly recommend buying pies from Ritchies accross the road and making them yourself as they would be so much better (and warm). The service from the man was good he is very nice but the lady with glasses comes off as very rude.

DISGUSTING FOOD. Do yourself a favour! To avoid an unpleasant food experience - Please avoid this bakery! 😁 We bought a potato top pie, pastie, vanilla slice and an apple cake at a cost of $17.60 - not cheap! These were hands down the worst bakery items of food we have ever placed to our lips. We took one bite from each item to find the pie and pastie were not only cold, but fatty and flavourless. The vanilla slice was at least 3 days old judging by the leathery pastry - it was inedible. The apple cake was 95% pastry and icing with about a teaspoon of imitation apple filling. These disgusting bakery items became expensive bird food for the waterfowl and ducks by the riverside, but even the hungry birds refused to eat the vanilla slice - funny about that! We ending up eating a 6 pack of Coles cinnamon donuts for lunch which cost a mere $2. An unhealthy choice but at least they were...

stopped at the bakery in Wentworth to obtain pastries for lunch. We bought two pasties, one pie and six jam tarts (3 lemon and 3 raspberry or strawberry). There was very little on offer in the way of bakery goods and the total cost was $54. The shop felt very empty, as opposed to most bakeries where there are plenty of goods to choose from.

Everything except the lemon tarts were virtually inedible. The pie was a bit blob or jelly with meat almost impossible to taste. The big chunks of potato in the pasties were not cooked properly and the jam in the red tarts was gritty with a sugary texture. Only the lemon tarts were okay to eat. Unacceptable quality and such horrendous prices, especially for the small tarts. Definitely won't go...

Don't waste your money, everything seems store bought and not made in house. Pies are reheated frozen pies, vanilla slices are from the supermarket even the donuts look and taste like supermarket donuts. I used to travel 30 minutes for a donut and now sadly I wont ever be back, it's a shame to see the place fall this far from what it used to be. They need to find the passion I remember them having, can't call yourself a bakery if you don't bake. Ladies who were in the shop are...
