What a beautiful restaurant! When walking in, you would think you're in a large city. We called in to have a look on the menu. Once in, we were blowen away with our lovely it was and with how we were treated as a customer . The owner, Dave, greeted us and everyone who walked through his door, with a lovely smile and welcomed us into his restaurant. I said to my hubby, I don't care what's on the menu, we are staying. I could see how proud he was of his restaurant and a really nice person, all the staff were lovely. Dave made you feel important . We eat out quite a lot and never get this kind of service. Come as strangers and leave as friends is what the sign says and it is definitely fitting here! From the moment you walk in there is a refreshing atmosphere that never changes and this is due to the staff being really friendly and eager to make your visit enjoyable. The restaurant itself is well planned out and the furnishings create a welcoming environment. We ordered the Portobello Mushrooms & 2 Poached Eggs (with Bacon added) plus the Portobello Mushrooms, Spinach and Swiss Cheese Melt and both were so incredibly delicious!
