Lock 10 & Weir is a hidden gem that truly captures the heart and soul of dining. The service was not only professional but also felt beautifully personal, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Each dish came with a story that made the experience even more authentic.

I opted for the special, and it exceeded all expectations. The lamb and brown rice, delicately nestled in a roasted capsicum, was simply divine. The pairing with a sea of rich cheese sauce elevated the flavors perfectly, while the subtle crispness of the cos lettuce added a refreshing balance.

But the star of the show? The garlic bread. I’ve had my fair share, but this was hands down the best I’ve ever tasted—crispy, buttery, and bursting with flavor.

If you’re looking for a dining experience that combines great food with heartfelt service, Lock 10 & Weir is the...

What a beautiful restaurant! When walking in, you would think you're in a large city. We called in to have a look on the menu. Once in, we were blowen away with our lovely it was and with how we were treated as a customer . The owner, Dave, greeted us and everyone who walked through his door, with a lovely smile and welcomed us into his restaurant. I said to my hubby, I don't care what's on the menu, we are staying. I could see how proud he was of his restaurant and a really nice person, all the staff were lovely. Dave made you feel important . We eat out quite a lot and never get this kind of service. The food was really, really nice and great coffee. You have a choice to eat outside or inside. Dog friendly outside. We wish Dave and his wife all the very best in the beautiful...

Come as strangers and leave as friends is what the sign says and it is definitely fitting here! From the moment you walk in there is a refreshing atmosphere that never changes and this is due to the staff being really friendly and eager to make your visit enjoyable. The restaurant itself is well planned out and the furnishings create a welcoming environment. We ordered the Portobello Mushrooms & 2 Poached Eggs (with Bacon added) plus the Portobello Mushrooms, Spinach and Swiss Cheese Melt and both were so incredibly delicious! The serving portions were really filling and the produce used is super fresh and so tasty. Only wish we had more time in Mildura as we would have revisited this place for the dinner menu on the Friday night. A...

A beautiful place to eat some spectacular food. The owner is wonderful and greeted us when we sat down, his passion for the food which he sources from local farmers really shines when you see the the food come out. While traveling its been a hard task to find a good coffee, but the barista here outdid themselves, and it was an exceptional cup! If you have any food intolerances, the kitchen here are really careful . I have a lactose intolerance, and I was so happy to have such good experience here. Do yourself a favour, if your go into Wentworth, stop in for Brekky or lunch!! Thank you to everyone for making our foodie experience such a happy one!

If you're planning a trip via Wentworth, Lock10 & Weir is a must-do. It's a peaceful, charming little town and perfect to stop at on the way north to Broken Hill or south to Mildura and Melbourne. Food is bloody beautiful! Incredible St Ali coffee is the best in NSW. The poached eggs and bacon on sourdough are elevated by their in-house tomato relish for a real treat. Sara (front of house) & Davo (chef) made time to chat and share their local knowledge. We had a good chat with some other locals too! Edit; second visit in July '25, still fantastic!
