Rude staff. I ordered an ice coffee and was waiting inside at the table with my two year old because I came in through the back entrance. They called my name so I went to the counter and said was that my name? The girl that served me said yes then all the staff just looked at me and a rude guy just said go to the window and get it. None of them could just hand it to me. So I walked out grabbed it and walked back in with all of them watching me. Do the staff really think they're above handing someone a drink? Totally rude. Then coming to see others have had a similar experience someone should maybe have a word. I won't be spending money to support that behaviour. **Edit. By the owners respose this place is too busy (3 people waiting) to hand someone a coffee is the bottom line so best to help them out and not make things too hard by purchasing a coffee and expecting someone to hand it to you with a "tailored" visit. Omg. This isn't Milan. It's Padbury shops....

The staff were so warm and welcoming, and very quick to remember your name/order, even when you only visited every few months or so! It's the (unexpected) little acts of kindness from the staff that really make this cafe stand out in the Padbury community. My partner ordered a large lac free capp and a large almond milk latte - was given two lac free coffees. When he asked for it to be made the way he asked, he was told "NO that's what you ordered, i can make a different one if you ordered wrong." Disgusting - will NOT be back. Worry more about your service and less about the picture stamps on your cups. Arrogant staff and owner- it's clear... no attempt to make customers happy and have tbe disrespect to lie...
