Chicken Treat Padbury — Restaurant in Western Australia

They messed up my order and gave me the wrong thing and then they wouldn't give me a refund or fix it unless I paid more money. Worst service ever. Not being racist but it was the two young Indian guys. One that messed up my order, and the other that refused to give me a refund or fix it without me paying more money. I was a regular before this but after that experience, I made a promise to never come back here again. I do not recommend this place to anyone. This is why you need some mature people working there, dealing with probems like this appropriately. WORST SERVICE EVER. I've noticed so many fast food places hire young people, teenagers, kids basically to save money and cause they're way cheaper than older staff. But this is where it costs you. I really feel a more mature staff would have dealt with this better or not made the mistake in the first place because this isn't the first time young staff at fast food restaurants have made a mistake and shown poor service. And it won't be the last. Never coming back here again. Young workers seem more unaware and have less care and concentration, like they forget to give me napkins a lot of times amongst other mistakes. Especially at places where the food gets quite messy all over...

2nd time I've tried Padbury - and never again. Should've driven all the way to Carine Red Rooster. Chicken was gross. So oily and undercooked.

With so many negative reviews you would think the business would lift their game?? And maybe try to pass a standard of food to sell to local customers. You could be flat out making money but instead you serve inedible chicken and wonder why you make no money. Where is the Big Boss of Chicken Treat?? Why is this store...

Ordered a quarter chicken a chips over the phone. Walked in to collect and stood next to two other customers. Staff could see us waiting through the kitchen window, yet noone came out to serve for a good while. When one finally did, he called out a quarter chicken and chips which ended up being someone else's. Mine had not even been put in the system... had to wait...
