Been a regular here for over 10 years . Same owners and even some staff over that time . Not flashy decor but really nice food and friendly service. Our favourite dishes are the spicy fried squid for entree- flash fried always tender , honey king prawns which are massive in a light batter with honey and any number of others including the duck with Chinese mushrooms or satay chicken. BYO which makes it more cost effective . Booking recommended for groups and they do a roaring trade in take away....

I'm really sorry to say this but it's the worst Chinese restaurant I've ever eaten in. I lived 5 years in China from 2016 to 2021 and we had the chance to travel around China and to eat in many street restaurants, homestays, etc. which means that we know the traditional Chinese cuisine of several provinces. Even our children aged 12 and 9 pointed out to us that it was not good...

We stumbled across this Chinese takeaway by chance and will definitely be going back. The food was delicious. The spring rolls were the best we've ever had! And we were pleased we didn't feel bloated or yucky in the stomach later on, it was so good. A little bit more pricey that we'd paid in the past but well worth it. You're our new favourite Chinese...
