Alkimos Pizza — Restaurant in Western Australia

PLEASE BEWARE!!! Tonight I ordered a family Marinara supreme and paid extra for extra prawns. Once I received my pizza I opened the Pizza box and to my surprise I noticed there was no extra prawns, So I brought it to the cashier's attention and she took the pizza to show the pizza chef in the kitchen. She then came back and said that the pizza chef said that there is extra prawns when clearly there was not I had literally three "mini prawns" or less on each slice.

I am not happy to have been ripped off the extra amount I paid and lied to about the extra prawns.

Further more the pizza slices were not even sized and the base was rather too thin and floppy to pick up which resulted in the topping sliding off. So in conclusion I would recommend getting a pizza from Ballajura pizza they are fantastic!! And they are so friendly and the service is amazing!! And the owner is a top guy and really values and respects his customers. And another great pizza shop to consider is center point pizza in Midland owned by Italians that have been in the business for decades and have been consistently making fabulous pizza. We always liked this place and we’ve been there a few times, having tried their pizza in one occasion and liked it (usually we would eat burgers or wings). Decided to order delivery today…and all 3 pizzas were closed to inedible - one of them (the pizza cheese for the kids) went to the bin after one slice; kids couldn’t eat it. And we felt really bad for doing so but I couldn’t just go out looking for a homeless person to give it to at the time. The 4 cheese pizza and the marguerita (with no fresh tomatoes or herbs for the kids) were more than burnt and the cheese topping went hard; the dough on all pizzas we’re burnt and worse than supermarket bought and made Domino’s look like artisanal from a master pizzaiolo from Italy. The one with anchovies and salami had the same issue and I even bit something spiky…and took a tiny piece of plastic out of my mouth. 47 dollars for garbage. NEVER...

pizza and chips are good, Australia style pizzas. just unhappy about their app, said I'd get a discount for downloading it and the app wouldn't work, what am I to do with your discount code if I can't use the app? its extremely bad and disappointing that couldn't use it. I rang and reported the issue and asked if they'd honor it, got informed that no,they wouldn't. its less about the $5 I'd have got off, and more about my 40 minutes wasted trying to get it to work and the ongoing business they'd have received if they'd honored what they advertised. sad that. also don't buy their bundle of food that includes the cheesecake. that cake is horrible, just remove it and don't advertise it. how can you send out such horrible dessert, no one will miss it, take it off or make it better and dont scrimp.it went in the bin. waste.
