We regularly come to this place, and our experience is generally favourable. However, this afternoon, we had the most vile experience, with excessive delays in getting our food and a rude attitude from the serving staff. My partner was served the food 30 minutes before me, and there was no accountability for the delays. After half an hour of ordering and asking the servers on 2 occasions for my order, I was still none the wiser. When the food came out there was no apology from the server for the delay. In fact, the woman serving us was rude, sarcastic and condescending, with no sense of responsibility for customer experience. When I asked to speak with her manager, she informed me that the manager was not on site and just walked away. She clearly should not be in customer service with this attitude. Overall, an awful experience, so we are not returning to this place.
