We regularly come to this place, and our experience is generally favourable. However, this afternoon, we had the most vile experience, with excessive delays in getting our food and a rude attitude from the serving staff. My partner was served the food 30 minutes before me, and there was no accountability for the delays. After half an hour of ordering and asking the servers on 2 occasions for my order, I was still none the wiser. When the food came out there was no apology from the server for the delay. In fact, the woman serving us was rude, sarcastic and condescending, with no sense of responsibility for customer experience. When I asked to speak with her manager, she informed me that the manager was not on site and just walked away. She clearly should not be in customer service with this attitude. I had a lovely experience on Saturday. Food was brilliant, service nice. So I thought I go back Sunday 27th Nov for the same lunch, pumpkin soup

The waitress took the order and I waited for 20 mins before I queried its arrival. Obviously forgotten, they just said 2 minutes. No sorry or anything. We'll just heating up on the microwave shouldn't take long - or so i thought. 10 mins later I queried again and got a grumpy stare. It was the unceremoniously dumped on my table without a word. As it was only Luke warm I returned it and again it was dumped on my table without a sorry or even a look. And to put butter on your taste you had to use fingers.

Apart from the grumpiness the waitresses skirt was so short that her knickers were showing without bending over.

Awful service, awful...

Me and friend decided to stop over during our motorbike ride late on Sunday - the place was almost empty and we went in with no expectations. The young lady behind the counter was courteous, I ordered 2 espressos but for some reason we got charged and received an extra cappuccino on the side ( the barista did his job just fine). Some constructive feedback: ideally the person taking the order should clarify the order with the customer and then proceed to ring it out - which might have been lacking here. Overall a nice and relaxing place - arguably in the best residential area in Perth- next time we might try some of the food on offer - hopefully next time the experience will wow me more (has all the...
