We dined in today. A chicken bacon burger ordered for my son. Quick service. He was super happy. I, myself ordered a small dinner. I don’t eat much and was happy to pay the small price. I said a small bit of roast pumpkin, got ignored and was given three big pieces, which I might add was not cooked properly and was rock hard. Asked for a small amount of potato bake and was given a huge spoonful. Then to make matters worse I added pork. Now I know these food court places need to move quickly but at this time I was the only one being served. He placed the meat on top of the pumpkin and potato bake. Then Drowned it in gravy. Added apple sauce. Luckily I got in there and asked for it on the side. My meal looked like a technicolor yawn by the time it was handed to me. Would it be too much to place everything nicely on the plate? Seperate the potato bake so it’s not contaminated with a shit load of gravy? Ending on a positive the food did taste nice (except...

Very slow. Waited 15 minutes for a toastie that was supposed to be triple cheese and tomato. Pftt, yeah, sure it was.

25-11-24 The prices are getting ridiculous! I got the awesome foursome meal. Never looks like it did in the photos. A tablespoon of roast meat on a tiny roll dry roll with no butter ( thank God I asked for gravy or I wouldn't be able to swallow it) the young guy serving me didn't have a clue what to do, a piece of pork crackle which was very nice and so were the chips but that 'meal' cost $16.50 I don't recommend this place. Ordered food from here on delivery I usually loved this place but today in my partners toasted sandwich was a sharp piece of metal it was so sharp that it pierced my finger I tried multiple times to contact them they kept hanging even to a point where they picked up the phone stayed silent and hung up absolutely horrible service I will be escalating this to the local food authority.
