Cebu Charcoal Chicken — Restaurant in Western Australia

We always buy here whenever we ride down to Mandurah and everytime we got there it was always close they didn’t even post a sign though their website says they should be open, so we wait for them to open for like 3-4hrs and still the same. Should’ve put a sign that they will not be open for the entire day, waste of time.

Second visit, they were open but only a few stocks left though it was still lunch time, said they don’t want to cook anymore, that the kitchen is close 🙄

Third visit, my brother-in-law wants to buy a lot but was told only few items left though it was still early lunch time, the young girl was rude and seems like she doesn’t want to serve people, she seems like she doesn’t want customers so she would just driven them away by saying “no, we dont have” “no more” and she didnt even understand what the other aussie customer were saying, poor guy. Bad customer service. She even gave us not fully cooked chicken and half raw, half burnt chorizo 🤦‍♀️ I wish I could’ve taken photos but too late to realize.

First time we tried Cebu Charcoal Chicken it was good so we come back again. Second time on a sunday we keep calling their phone 7x and nobody's answering when it says they're open at 4pm. Third time we tried calling them again nobody's answering so we dropped by to their restaurant and find out their store is closed. We msg their facebook page and told us they will be close for a week coz of close in contact with someone with covid. No information on their page or in their restaurant that they will be close. Today we came and tried calling them again and msg on fb NOBODY ANSWER! went there and they're open bought meals worth $80. We ordered 8 skewers and told us we have to wait 30mins so we said yes. Came back and it's bewn 45mins and told us THEY WERE WAITING FOR RICE TO BE READY. This is the food we got, smells and taste burn, no dipping sauce as well. Never coming back. So...

This food made me and my wife feel like we were poisoned from the food there had such a nice day today together and this food didn't taste like it was suitable for human consumption it was poison I am running back and fowards to the toilet throwing up and you know what else what a way to ruin a romantic day my wife is sick to 😷😫 I'm reporting them to the Mandurah council one the food and safety and to see if they are not serving dead possum meat or something it's freaking wrong WHAT WRONG...
