I recently had the pleasure of ordering food from Chargrill Masters for my event, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From the delicious menu to the impeccable delivery service, everything exceeded my expectations.

The menu consisted of Biryani rice, Chicken, and Creamy Potatoes, and I must say, every dish was an absolute delight. The flavors were on point, and the quality of ingredients used was evident in every bite. The Biryani rice was aromatic and flavorful, the Chicken was tender and well-seasoned, and the Creamy Potatoes were simply divine.

I ordered online on Sunday night. When I arrived at the designated time I set for my order to be collected the cashier who served me was so rude and just didn’t look like he wanted to be there at all. After waiting five minutes which I was ok with as they were really busy they finally called out my name and said that they had to give me a plain piece of chicken as it was going to take 30 minutes for me to get the mild Portuguese. I said that was fine as long as they put extra mild sauce sachets in the bag. I asked them to staple the bag as I didn’t want the food to get cold as I live about 15 minutes away. When I finally got home and opened the bag I was shocked as they had forgotten the chips I had ordered, the mild sachets and they gave me the wrong piece of chicken when I Cleary said in the notes that I wanted a wing piece. So I then drove all the way back to the store as I just was not happy at all and having worked in hospitality for 3 years I thought that I should let the manager know. When I walked in again for the second time I told the cashier about what had a happened a she called her manager. The manager was so rude and unaccommodating and said that he would give my chips but he couldn’t replace my chicken even though I hadn’t touched it. We have been coming here for years even after the previous owners sold the buisness a couple of years ago. Gradually watching it go downhill. Our last visit topped it off. I ordered a quarter chicken amongst other things and asked for the drumstick and thigh I was told I couldnt get that and instead got the breast. This has never been an issue in the past. I told the guy who served me who claimed to be the manager, that if I knew this, I would have gone to Nandos instead, that way I could get what I wanted and he told me to go ahead and do that. He was very rude and argumentative. So much for customer service and giving the customer what they want. On top of that they forgot my order, I watched every one in front of me in the queue and behind me all get their orders and I was waiting and waiting till I went up to the counter and was told my order hadnt uploaded to the screen and hence hadnt been prepared so I had to wait some more. It makes me sad to see this buisness going downhill when the previous owners put so much effort into it and didn't have an issue with what part of the chicken you wanted and after all were paying for. They were always accomadating and friendly. Hope they get their act together as theyve spent a lot of money renovating it. We certainly wont be returning in a hurry.
