Chicken Treat Bertram — Restaurant in Western Australia

Chicken treat Bertram Uber Eats experience tonight. Order placed circa 730pm, driver allocated, meal logged as prepped and ready for pick up. Picked up but the gps shows the driver never left the premises due to a flat tyre. Order cancelled (you'd think if the food was ready, get another driver) reordered the same food within 5 mins of the cancellation, one option out of stock ( just go to the car?) Nonetheless, Order being prepared and now has another hour wait. Driver allocated...then driver not allocated but Order still being prepared for another hour +++ then cancelled. Don't worry, we chose another business via doordash as it was obvious this was a lie. I've read businesses select "waiting for driver" or similar so the customer and the business get a refund when it fails... seems chicken treat got 2 refunds for nothing tonight and my family are still hungry...

Came in asked for a few extra things on my burger. Coleslaw, kamikaze sauce, and onion rings. I was fine with paying the price of them seperate which I told ALL 3 girls working at the front. Came home to no coleslaw on the burger so they obviously didn’t charge me for that. Tried to call up on my phone a few times right after I arrived home just to see if they charged me , they didn’t pick up. I got my partner to call they literally lied to him saying that we discussed it and I said I didn’t want coleslaw because it’s $6 extra?? I never said I wanted a large by the way and they never discussed the prices of the coleslaw with me?, Just the onion rings. Look it’s fine that you guys forgot or something but you don’t have to lie about it. Also they drenched the burger in sauce....

For a fast food place it was good. Very nice and friendly lady serving at the front and my food was made fresh and fast which is good cause I love chicken treat chips ( the best IMO ). Something that I hate is dirty untidy places and this place was clean 👍, floor was clean , counter was clean and the chairs and tables weren't sticky . Over all a very pleasent experience for a...
