Saffron Curry House — Restaurant in Western Australia

I’ve been here twice and it was acceptable on those occasions . Not much of an atmosphere and weird empty vibe . It’s usually empty or just has a staff member eating at a table. Food pretty average but unfortunately there’s not really anywhere else close by that does Indian food.

The third time was really disappointing. Went in and the place smelt like sewerage. Not the kind of smell you want when you are hoping to enjoy a dinner.

Decided to use the toilet before sitting down and it was filthy in there , so much urine spillage . Also dried up urine at the back of the toilet seat and down the sides of the pedestal. Not sure when it was last cleaned, but I wasn’t hanging around to find out. And I won’t go there again. If that’s a reflection of the cleanliness levels throughout , then I’m done.

Let me just say that I'm Indian, so when an Indian recommends Indian food it has to be good.

The Paneer was so delicious and the goat curry was so tender and full of flavour.

The restaurant has been refurbished and looks so inviting with lovely plants and an amazing splash of colours. Giving you the full feel for an Indian restaurant experience.

Apart from the fantastic food and venue, the owner is such a lovely, friendly person. He provides good, old fashion customer service and we had great conversation and many laughs.

Overall, I'll definitely be going back for more and would highly recommend both takeaway and dine in if you want an amazing ...
