Orchard was an amazing experience and the fruit was delicious. Sadly left a sour taste in our mouth due to the poor service and what felt like racism from one of the cafe team. She refused to look my at my Indonesian partner while she was being served and also whilst our order was being brought to the table. She huffed when we asked if it was OK to order and if the cafe was still open and then put on her mask when she saw us. For the next customers who were white she behaved much more friendly and didn't wear a mask and seemed very happy to serve them. We were made extremely uncomfortable by the whole experience and I just needed a sugary drink to help with hypoglycemia due to my diabetes. Would return to the orchard again but we'll stay we'll away from the cafe if that's the attitude of the staff. An investigation should take place ASAP and the staff need training in customer care at a minimum. Disgusting really.

Read moreOh man, let me tell you about this coffee shop I stumbled upon called "Cup Cup and Away". I had just finished a grueling trail run, and let me tell you, my energy reserves were depleted. But it wasn't just the coffee that made this place special. They also had other goodies for sale - fruit, jams, chutneys, and more. I couldn't resist trying their melting moment biscuit, and let me tell you, it was out of this world. It was the perfect treat after all those miles.
So, if you're ever in the area and in need of a pick-me-up, make sure to check out "Cup Cup and Away". It's...
Read moreToday's experience was... weird. Went and purchased beans (this place stocks Micrology), asked the lady serving what the roast date was on the beans. She sort of just stared at me and didnt say anything so I picked up the bag myself to have a look. Other lady making the coffees then let me know the beans were only received recently and a friendly manner.
After I paid, I said thankyou, the lady serving then said thankyou back in some weird loud condescending tone. Kind of threw me off as I walked out. She may have been having a bad day. Anyway, im sure their food and coffee is good, looks like a nice...
