Absolutely appalling service on behalf of manager. On 8th May 2024 around 8am, I found an eyelash in my drink. Took it back to the counter telling them what the issue was. Manager who was also just happened to be the barista of the day rolled her eyes and said “it’s just an eyelash” with attitude. I did get a new coffee. I had asked to speak to manager. Lo and behold the manager was the person who made my drink. She then had attitude about me having an issue about complaining over standard food health and safety. I asked for a name and she refused to give it to me just being completely mute the whole time.

We ordered over $100 worth of food/drink. She then stared down my family as we were consuming whatever we had bought. Will be contacting the department of health and department of education for hospitality asap.

Don’t recommend ever going to get their food/drinks, the coffee was burnt and the food was subpar at best.

This place opening hours is long. Early morning till late midnight. Not many food options available at terminal 3. Hence i decided to come and try. Pricing are overpriced - Airport 😅. 5.9$ for small flatwhite and 30$ for horrible big breakkie.

Seatings are available. Staffs were rude like they hate to be there 😬 especially the waitress. Dropped our food on our table and keep coming back to clear our tables without any word or checking if we’re done with our coffee or food. No customer service whatsoever. Coffee was okay using five senses. Food is horrendous. Cooked with absolute no care. People cook at home wouldn’t even do this to their food.

Ordered a breakfast ($30) and regular coffee ($5.90), for almost $36 I was really disappointed.

Positives: Very friendly staff

Negatives: Potato gratin, cold

Poached eggs, cold and snotty (not fully cooked)

Sausage: very pale looked looking, taste wasn’t particularly nice

Mushrooms, dry and overcooked

Bacon, dry and overcooked

Toast, cold

Coffee, hot but terrible taste.

Would not return and would advise others to try alternatives at the terminal.
