Hudsons Coffee (Perth Airport T3) — Restaurant in Western Australia

Hudsons terminal 3 cafe was quite busy and seemed to be understaffed as only one young lady working and kitchen was closed but you could still get coffees and food from the cabinet. Young lady did a great job with a cheerful disposition and even remembered our names later as we said goodbye and thank you. Pleasant and quick service to everyone as far as we could see. Pleasant to sit and eat as not overcrowded and cushioned seating was comfy and place seemed clean. We had between us carrot cake, caramel tart, sausage roll which i had to remind her we had ordered after a while as she had forgotten it but she was very apologetic. Also had iced coffees which she gladly added whipped cream to for us after we asked if it came with it. Food was average, sausage roll came out hot and crispy and carrot cake which adult daughter is a big fan of impressed her very much and she even said it was one of the best cafe carrot cakes she has had. Absolutely terrible customer service! The 2x young girls to iggt had a terrible attitude. My mums mobility is significantly compromised and she uses a walker and they asked us to move to other space where there was no seats for 4x of us so that they could clean as they claimed that they were meant to have closed at 2130 but website says closing at 2230. They became aggressive when we told them we were going back to our former table to finish our drinks..one particular staff member swearing at us under her breath despite me saying that my mums mobility isn't the best and that we couldn't find any space on the other side..they both are very ignorant. Would normally give this place 5 stars but this experience was terrible, asked for Quiche Lorraine which has been great in the past but this time it was well and truly over microwaved and then stuffed in a paper bag with the serviettes which soaked up any residue moisture left and it was a hard dried out excuse for a meal. Must have been a one off with the staff they had. If it happens again I'll be having my dinner at one of the other cafe's. Edit: Just had great service from a young lady, she noticed they'd given me the wrong sauce with my chips and immediately went and got the one I'd asked for.
