I dearly, dearly want to give these people a good review, but I simply can't.
Three times we've run up and ordered pizza. We wanted large size, with special crusts, and three times we've gotten the wrong order, small pizzas and an excuse that 'the crust makes the pizza smaller'.
So if you want a garlic crust and a large pizza, you can't get both.
But they'll certainly charge you for both.
Three times.
The first time I assumed it was just the usual young person, first job, didn't know the routine.
Second time I just chalked it up to them being super busy.
The third time, this night, I was basically challenged by the young lady behind the counter that that 'was' the large size, despite the fact the 'no crust' and 'stuffed crust' options came in the same size box, but the garlic crust came in one nearly half again as large as the first two pizzas.
I still got charged for three 'large' pizzas and was told if I didn't like it, I could walk out.
So I've grabbed the pizzas, made sure I got the receipt and will be forwarding the pictures to the manager of the bunbury store via social media since the other times I've tried to question this dubious service I've been either ignored or told to fill out an online complaint form that I can't seem to find for neither love nor money.
The pizza is good. The shakes are divine. But the service is abysmal and the staff swing between supremely uninterested or belligerently rude.
I don't care how much faster you people are than the other fast-food outlets in town. I'd rather wait an extra ten minutes for the weekly get-together meal with the family than put up with Domino's garbage-tier...
Read moreThe order name was "Sandy".....hope the team still remembers. The estimated time was 30 mins while ordering. After around 35 mins when we checked twice we were told that the Pizzas had to be remade and will take additional time, finally after 50 mins of waiting with my 8 year old and my partner we received the pizzas. Can't say much about the pizzas as it was my first time in Domino's (Australia), the topping or the cheese layer just came of the thin crust bread which was also soggy😂.. as we were very somewhat hungry we ate half the soggy bread base separate and some veggie cheese mix separate( toppings).. drank the Pepsi and threw the rest of pizza.. It was our return trip to Perth from Augusta, had planned to eat in Margaret River missed the route as we came via Rosa Brooks road and ended up in this unpleasant Domino's at Bunbury. During our 50 min wait we also lost some of our appetite listening to the manager shouting at the incompetent and careless employee who I think burnt the pizzas or was responsible for the delay. However I suggest both the manager and the amateur employee need training... Augusta and its people were beautiful... Just an unlucky and unpleasant experience on return journey:( which we can't forget... NEVER GOING BACK TO DOMINO'S BUNBURY...and I know it doesn't affect Domino's might not even care to read...
Read moreI usually love domino's but tonight they really disappointed me. Rang up to change the mistaken time for pick up (mistake on my part) from 4:38pm to 6:40pm. Was told it wouldn't be a problem. Come pick up time when my mother went in she was told it would be another 5min, but she waited around 30min before anyone would answer her questions about how long the pizzas would be. When someone finally manned the front desk again and my mother asked about the pizzas the girl looked around vaguely and responed that they weren't there. Apparently they lost the order, possibly given to someone else, and by that time it was much too late to order a replacement as I had to leave for a night shift and my mother wouldn't be able to get the pizzas and get home in time to catch me. Luckily there was food for both of us in the freezer to eat instead but very disappointed in the service tonight. As I said at the beginning, usually good...
