Domino's Pizza Dalyellup — Restaurant in Western Australia

Been ordering from here since it opened. Once a week or fortnight when I am home from work. Recently ordered delivery. Young guy came then sat in car on driveway, didn’t move until I walked out. It’s an acreage with U driveway that goes to front door then back to street. As he is walking up I asked “why didn’t you drive further up mate? No answer just shoves 3 pizzas, 2 side boxes and a 1.25lt drink in my arms, which I then dropped. Rang store told them situation. Answer was “we will tell him to do better”. No compensation for the lost food, and no apology. I will never order from their store again and have told all other locals I know. We ordered 2 premium pizzas online, $58 worth. Delivery was to Willcock loop Dalyellup, 5 minutes away from the Dominos shop. We ordered thin and crispy crust. They arrived 15 minutes late. They were a sloppy mess and we had to use spoons to eat them. Serious disappointment. My wife decided to go into the shop while we were at the Dalyellup shopping center for other things. When she told the person in the shop what had happened the person said "probably been in the box too long" and "maybe next time you might pick up". Absolutely pathetic!! Dominos at Dalyellup doesn't care for their customers. They will just keep on punching out sub standard meals. Do not go to this shop,...

Wife payed the fee for a pizza if ours wasn't delivered by a certain time. Pizza was not delivered in time and we got the free pizza discount code. Go to use it to get a free pizza delivered and the app won't let me get my free pizza as it "do sn't meet the minimum spend amount of $22". In other words the free pizza voucher is full of terms and conditions thamake it not really a free pizza.

This is not surprising as Domino's in Australia is a shell of what it was decades ago. They used to have affo hgrdable, tasty pizzas with delivery guarantees and no hidden terms and charges. They are rated one of the worst...
