Domino's Pizza Piara WAters — Restaurant in Western Australia

I ordered a Thin crust Vegorama Pizza on 20/09/2024, came home opened the box and saw that the top half of the pizza hardly had any toppings. I rang them and explained the issue and that the pizza received was not up to the correct amount of toppings. One of their team member asked me to send him the photos on his phone. Sent him the pictures (attached are the pictures) Clearly explained that the correct proportions of toppings weren't added. Instead of coming up with a resolution he argued back and I was literally flabbergasted with the response he gave me over the phone. He tried to over power my query and kept denying the fact that the pizza was filled up to its correct proportion and that he checked it with the store manager. Also very rude over the phone too.

For those who experience a similar issue please beware of the way it will be handled. This was way beyond shocking. Why would the customer complain just for the sake of, Obviously if there is a fault in a product or item in this case its a food item, only then a complaint will be raised.

This store's management are pathetic and they really need to tackle these issues in a professional manner and train their staff to be more polite and rectify issues and not argue back.

If you really treat your customers like that then why even run the business in the first place.

Also Guys, their dominoes customer service representatives were unable to resolve the queries. They gave me a voucher to redeem a free pizza but guess what that voucher is only redeemable via the website and not for in store pickups or delivery. For you to redeem the Free Pizza online a minimum of $22 on delivery must be made for you to claim the free pizza. They don't rectify any issues rather they let the problem slide and at the end of the day they lose...

I have issues with the quality of pizza in this particular Dominos chain at Piara Waters. I have had just Dominos Pizza last Sunday with the same order from Dominos Belmont, and the difference was way too much. The ones from Dominos Belmont were excellently cooked and appearance is what you would expect; but look at what the Piara Waters branch delivered to us, super horrible looking. The crust is not crispy but fluffy and soft as if undercooked. The appearance quite disappointing, even my 6 year old child expressed his disappointment. The taste did not even made up for the appearance. This was not the same cheeseburger pizza with double decadence crust we tasted last Sunday from a different branch of Dominos. I hope there is an option for us to order from a different branch. I have ordered many times already from this branch and the crust being soft and fluffy instead of crispy has been my issue. Then today happened, I won’t waste time and money ordering from the Piara Waters branch...

I recently ordered a thin and crispy pepperoni pizza and garlic scrolls from Domino’s, and it was DELICIOUS 😋. The pizza was perfectly cheesy, with just the right amount of crispy pepperoni on every slice. The crust had that soft, golden edge that makes you want to eat every last bite!

And the garlic scrolls? Absolutely divine! Soft, warm, and bursting with buttery garlic flavour — they were the perfect side dish. I could have eaten a dozen, they were that good!

But what really made the experience even better? The amazing service! Everything arrived hot and fresh, the delivery was super quick, and the staff were friendly and helpful.
