Domino's Pizza South Geraldton — Restaurant in Western Australia

I ordered initially through Uber eats. It says dominos staff will be the driver. Just before time comes and I go sit outside to wait for the food to make it more convenient for the driver. Then I get a message the driver has delivered the food. Nope. Not at all. I’ve been here the entire time. Call the store. They advise driver just left with the food and to wait 15 mins more. I wait 15 mins. Nothing. Call the store. They advise they have no record whatsoever of my order and that I would have to place it again. Because it was busy, I place the order online directly with dominos.

Second order comes on time. Driver says he was here with the first order and waiting for me and called me three or four times but I did not answer.

Here is the thing. I was sitting outside waiting. The driver was not there. Ever. At all. Why when I called the store did the staff insist there was no record of my order? Somebody is lying.

Oh yah - and dominos rep - don’t ask me to fill out your online form. Already tried to do so and after all done it would not let me submit because it was the max character length. Either you want...

So my family and I ordered 4 pizzas, some sides and drinks when the driver came late we were only given the drinks and sides on a over $90 order when we were meant to have 4 pizzas aswell and the driver said they didn’t check the bag and will be back in 30 minutes and this isn’t the first time this has happened please just do better if we are paying this much for what’s supposed to be...
