Domino's Pizza Swan View — Restaurant in Western Australia

Terrible service. DO NOT GET DELIVERY FROM HERE.

I ordered one large pizza at about 1:10pm today, making it known that it needed to be delivered before 1:45, which should have been easy as I was assured I would receive it within 20-25 minutes of ordering. At 1:50pm, I was still waiting on my pizza, and at that point it was too late and I had to leave my house as I was already over 10 minutes late to the place I needed to be. I called several times, asking for when my pizza would arrive, making it known that I was not able to wait for it, and they continued to assure me it would arrive on time. I will not be home until 6pm this evening, I am now sitting here starving, as I was not able to get my lunch because of this horrible service. I am not happy, and I will not be ordering from here ever again. I am going to the store this evening to demand a full refund as I did not get my pizza. My experience with Dominos Pizza Swan View was deeply disappointing and frankly, horrendous. Our order, which we had placed for an event and exceeded $200, was mishandled and carelessly left outdoors in the cold. This resulted in our pizzas being not only squished but also cold and inedible. The simple act of the driver taking an additional 30 seconds to properly deliver the pizzas to the front entrance or notifying someone would have easily prevented this. What further added to the frustration was the store's shockingly inadequate response to our complaint. Instead of addressing our concerns and honoring our request for a refund, they offered a store credit that amounted to less than 40% of our initial purchase. This disregard for our dissatisfaction is truly disappointing.

Equally astonishing was the owner/manager's lack of responsiveness. It took over three weeks for them to reply to our numerous calls and emails, showcasing a level of negligence that is utterly unacceptable. Avoid Avoid Avoid from purchasing your...

Ordered food last night , tracker said ready at 6.45 so I went in let them know I was there and paid, the young man serving said just waiting on chicken bites won’t be long. Whilst I was waiting people were coming back with orders saying they were wrong. I waited till 7pm then reminded the boy I was still waiting he said just waiting on the chicken bites even though it had been 15 minutes. Lots of yelling coming from the back, two young kids serving at the front where doing their best but obviously a lot of frustrated customers and stressful environment. I got my food at 7.10pm got home and was very disappointed, the pizza tasted sour so didn’t even eat it, bites were overcooked and garlic bread was alright. Couldn’t be bothered going back

Domino’s cannot expect 2 young kids maybe 14/15 to be running the front at such busy times on a Saturday night , obviously a lot of mistakes where made and a lot of customers...
