Today I had the most terrible experience at Grace's. I went there with my friend as usual, found a table and ordered our food - which I paid for. Half way through our meal the lady in charge asked my friend if we would mind moving to a different table as there was a large group of people who could use our table pushed together with some others. Of course we said yes. The lady then proceeded to move my friends plate - I picked up my own things. After we were once again eating at our new table the lady in charge came over with a cake on a plate, gave it to my friend and proceeded to thank her and apologised for moving us. This may seem pretty normal until you realise that it was my choice to eat at Grace's and I was the person who paid for the meal. Needless to say I was furious at being ignored and dismissed. So after finishing my meal I spoke to the lady in charge and told her the above facts. Pointing out how she totally ignored me. I went back and sat at the table with my friend. The lady in charge then came over to our table and apologised again - To My Friend! I pointed this out to her and said that I was not impressed with how I was being ignored and my friend was being pandered to. The lady in charge said she was still learning our customs. She has been at Grace's for quite a while so I would have thought our customs would be known by now - I frequent Grace's quite regularly but I had my hair done differently today so I imagine she didn't recognise me. My friend goes to Grace's more often than I. I can only presume that if you are a regular you are fawned and pandered over but if you are not then you are treated as passing trade.

I found the whole experience very upsetting as I am not used to being treated...

If you're searching for a fantastic dining experience in Forrestfield, look no further than Gracie’s Cafe! This charming spot has quickly become one of our favorite go-to places especially my daughter who loves her daily babycino here and Yan always puts a smile on her face. 😊 The food here is absolutely phenomenal but what really steals the show at Gracie’s is the outstanding customer service. The staff is incredibly welcoming and genuinely cares about their customers. Their enthusiasm and kindness made the experience even more enjoyable. Gracie’s Cafe is a hidden gem that offers delicious food and a warm, friendly atmosphere. Whether you’re grabbing a quick coffee or settling in for a leisurely meal, you won’t be disappointed. I can’t wait to return and explore more...

The Well team catered my now husband and I wedding. Oh my word! They were the best. After poor service and contact with other caterers, my mum got hold of Eddie and planned our own whole menu within a week (we planned our wedding in 4 weeks since deciding). They are professional, understanding, great with allergies- catered for my egg, dairy and gluten free needs, friendly and were also willing to supply the tables, chairs, plates, cutlery, glasses and non-alcoholic drinks along with table decor! 3 mains, 2 salads, 2 side of mains, sauces and desserts all for a fantastic reasonable price that no other caterer could match. They took the stress of everything to do with that side of things away and I will be recommending them to everyone for weddings...

Really fantastic little cafe. The coffee never disappoints and the meals are flavoursome and well presented. The coconut granola is so light and crunchy, the vegan breakfast with a side of bacon is perfectly matched. I'm not vegan but this dish is so tasty that it just works so well with bacon. The humus, falafel and potato gems on gluten free bread is delish. The smashed avo with chorizo is quite unique and is a mix of sour and spicy. Really tasty but not my favourite of the dishes we tried. For an early morning brunch, we decided to have fish and chips. The fish was perfectly cooked and the chips so crunchy. Highly recommended for an after church meal.

We had a fantastic breakfast at Gracie’s Cafe! Tried the Brekkie Burger and Smashed Avo Toast, and both were incredibly delicious. The chorizo on the avo toast was the best I’ve had so far—perfectly cooked and bursting with flavor. We also ordered an Iced Latte and Iced Mocha, both of which were refreshing and perfectly crafted. The location is perfect and peaceful, with plenty of parking available. The staff were very friendly and made us feel welcome from the start. Highly recommend stopping by Gracie’s if you’re looking for great food and a relaxing atmosphere. Can’t wait to come back!

2023: It’s been a while since visiting Gracie’s cafe in Forrestfield and it definitely wasn’t as tasty as it used to be before the management changes hands. The staff were friendly and helpful, however the food while having a few interesting twists on some classics weren’t as tasty and the portions for breakfast could be beefed up. The coffee was average. Ultimately I prefer a franchise shop like Dome cafe over coming here for a meal. 2018: Great sized meals and well priced. Great for a quiet lunch or breakfast without all the fuss of a large franchised coffee shop. Try the donuts!
