This is the best Chinese food I have tasted since my last trip to China town in Bangkok and was more than pleased with the whole dining experience. I ordered prawn cutlets for entree, they were hot and crispy and came with a nice dipping sauce, my colleague ordered the satay chicken skewers who complimented on the quality of the chicken. For main I had the honey chicken with special fried rice which I really enjoyed but did not finish because of the large serving, and my colleague ordered the Mongolian beef with vegetarian fried rice and complicated on how tender and lean the beef was. Made a reservation,arrived 15 minutes early,had a toddler with us,were sat down,my missus had to take a bottle of water from the fridge,waited at least 15 minutes to order,restaurant had about 5 customers(all in the same group)Toddler was given plastic cup,we were given no glasses. My entree arrived,wifes 5 minutes later.Food was good,disappointed with the wasabi prawns,more like mayonnaise prawns. Had to pack the leftovers myself and then stood at the counter waiting to pay in full sight of the head lady for about 5 minutes.She only came over when a take-away customer showed up. One of the Best Chinese Restaurants in Perth. It's hidden away behind the old pool shop and it's lovely to dine in. I first ordered through Eatnow and it was hard to find at first but once you know where it is, all is well. If you dine in they have a lovely set up where you can see the kitchen and they sometimes have really good specials. I always get the honey chicken, Hokkien noodles and Mix Vege with Garlic sauce... The special fried rice is always good, but i only get it when i have friends over or if we're sharing. Open 6 days a week which is also pretty neat, not open on Wednesday though....
