Greenfields Chinese Restaurant — Restaurant in Western Australia

Let me start by saying, that this cannot be a legitimate business with legitimate reviews? If I had the choice between eating this food or my own arms, let's just be clear I'd be no good in a Mexican wave.

At first when we arrived and walked in the door sounded like it could use a round of WD40. Apon entering we noticed some scattered chairs at the entrance in no order with a grumpy customer waiting for her order. We walked to what we assume was the counter to order and was greeted by a very polite young man who instructed us to find our own seat. There was music blaring from the kitchen and a out 10 people at the counter discussing their day at the football. I thought one was a customer unti she walked behind the counter and proceeded to use the till. After finding ourselves a seat at a booth that looked the cleanest as every other table had used plates on it and unsanitised tables with food splatter and the cutlery still had food on the damn fork. An old lady behind me sucking on a prawn cracker that loud I thought her dentures were going to fall on the floor. [The photo of the table with empty plates was like that when we walked in and sat down and was still like that when we left.] My first thought was am I in an episode of Ramsay's Kitchen...

Wow Wonderful Food Greenfields Chinese Restaurant!!!!

We were starving looking for food and found reviews about them and thought let’s get there and eat but we called first and they said yes we can come even though we got there at 7:20pm, they closed at 8pm.

My son looked at the menu ordered all the food and they presented us with 5 different dishes and steamed rice.

See pictures 😋🤤 yummy yum yummy Super Garlic and veggies King Prawns 🦐 and honey King Prawns 🍤, sizzling beef, combination fried rice, sweet and sour pork and steamed rice.

Clean oil used as you can see from pictures the crispy clean look of the deep fried foods. Compare it to other places and you’ll understand what I’m saying.

It was all cooked in 10-12 minutes unbelievable speed, cannot fault their food as it was delicious 🤤 😋…

Family owned business very lovely atmosphere and welcoming to guests. Kid friendly, plenty of parking 🅿️ and disabled toilet facilities.

We weren’t hurried out after eating our food so the restaurant hosted an extended stay, showing kindness and hospitality.

Definitely a place to put on your list for Friday night eats! Or any night eats! 🤭

My friend and I decided on the spur of the moment to go out to dinner as we both had been physically busy and didn't want to cook. We walked in to Greenfields Chinese Restaurant and we were greeted with friendly and smiling staff even though it was nearly closing time. I ordered the duck with mushroom sauce, and my friend ordered the butter garlic prawns, and we shared a large steamed rice. Both meals were delicious! The duck was superb! It was juicy and tasty with lots of mushrooms and sauce. My friends butter garlic prawns were cooked to perfection. Beautiful king prawns that were tender and not overcooked and the sauce was delicious! Both meals were generously portioned and each meal was enough for two people. We also enjoyed a byo wine with our meals and there was no corkage fee charged. The service was second to none and I would highly recommend this restaurant as a family friendly restaurant that has great food and value for money. My friend and I were impressed, and also recommend both meals - duck with mushroom sauce, and garlic butter...
