Sushi Sushi Mandurah — Restaurant in Western Australia

We were extremely disappointed when we ordered lunch for 3 people and it arrived with items missing. This meant we did not have enough food for the three people and then we find nobody following up with the refund of the missing items which were apparently out of stock - why not ring and offer alternatives ? We then had to follow up with Sushi Sushi and Menulog to get our money back ourselves. Surely it is the responsibility of the person withholding the monies to follow up and get the money back to the customer - in this case Menulog. Common sense and better business practices needed by BOTH...
