Reserved a table which is a must for Jazz night Tuesday. Food and service good. We arrived early to order our meal. The venue is very tastefully decorated. Unfortunately, we were at the back, near the side entry door and two groups of noisy people came in and were sitting squeezed in the corner. They were not interested in Jazz night, so as the Jazz Band got louder, so did they and were literally shouting their conversations. We were sitting right next to them and heard all their noise! It was awful and ruined our night so we left. However, the food and service were lovely. We had mini sliders and Burgers with fries. Plenty of parking at the rear of the property. Woolworths and Aldi located at the rear in the parking area. There is a small alley way which you walk up to the property and a wheelchair ramp is also nearby. However, not sure if a wheelchair would fit inside the door to the venue. There is also a patio out the front and a small seating area for smoker's etc. It faces the G.E. Highway. We will book again and try ask for a seat to sit nearer the band. It was great to see the wonderful Jazz Band who we have seen around Perth on many occasions especially Lachlan Glover who is...
Read moreMorgan our server was delightful and extremely helpful. The restaurant is beautiful, down lights, wall sconces and under bar lighting set provide just enough lighting to make it intimate. The comfortable chairs make it a place you can hang happily. The bar selection is extensive, with a fabulous cocktail list. We ordered the baked Camembert with garlic oil, rosemary & bacon served with baguette and onion jam with a side of GF bread, mushrooms, semi dried tomato, mozzarella, pumpkin & zucchini croquettes, peri peri chicken skewers with orange and feta salad. Sophie the owner served our food and everything was delicious The Camembert was warm melted decadence, the croquettes crispy on the outside and yummy softness on the inside, the skewers were not too spicy and the salad refreshing. All in all a great dining...
Read moreGood food , Good people , Good atmosphere, but whatever you do , don't give a thankyou gift to this whole establishment as an identity ,or it will backfire in your face. Go there eat , drink , be polite , follow all the rules and leave . Don't go the extra mile and give back to Hemingway and Co. As Amy , a manager , will come to you and tell you it's not appropriate to leave anything for the whole bar crew as a thankyou , against Hemingway polices. You will look like a bad person in general lamons terms. God bless them all. Forgive and let go . I'm still giving them 5 stars as Jesus would want this I'm sure ,in the Good
