Today at lunchtime we went to hungry jacks southlake for a drive thru and I ordered a tendercrisp salad. I ate it right away out of hunger and noticed instantly that the chicken’s inside was slimey. I thought it was the mayo in the salad that was causing it as the meat itself doesn’t taste rancid. After finishing the salad, i had a bit of tendercrisp left so i took a bite and it was still slimey. To my horror, i found the inside of the meat raw! Not just undercook but raw and it was for all of the meat i ate. I just want to say how disgusting and unsafe the food service was. Its just unacceptable to serve raw/uncooked piece of meat as its the perfect host for a lot of bacterias and illness. How can I carry 2 individual Icecrm and 2 meals with drink? I asked for a paper holder to put the Icecrm . She rejected and said they don't have. Then just put it on the table. She never think of what is hygiene. How can you put the Icecrm on the table and walked away. I talked to the other girl. Finally, she gave me the paper holder but hopelessly cannot hold the Icecrm. I tried to take everything and left. However, the Icecrm dropped from the holder and made my hand a mess. I took it back to the counter and told the other girl said I don't want it anymore. Read moreI went to this store (10 minutes from where I am to avoid Spearwood HJs which is truly awful.) I got a cold birthday whopper which I tasted in the parking lot (at least it was toasted), but didn't feel comfortable complaining as I had already asked them to fill up my chips a bit more) and a half filled orange and mango slushee doesn't cut it. I don't know what it is but HJs across the board have really dropped the ball. Better training needs to be provided to staff on how to fill up the frozen drinks and chips and to make sure that quality control measures are implemented, such as giving customers fresh burgers that are not cold.
