OMG, terrible service & no customer service skills!!! I was given the wrong takeaway order when I arrived back at work. Received a Crepe & not the chicken wrap. I rang, was put onto their chef who apologised, asked if I could drive back to swap the order and receive a full refund for the inconvenience. Lucky I had enough time in my lunchbreak to run back in. Chloe (manager) at the counter said "yeah sorry about that", then proceeded to argue at why I wouldn't just eat the crepe.. (I'm recovering from Lactose Intolerance bug from Bali & slowly introducing egg products again - crepe would make me cramp up) but "never mind" she says, "too late now, I swapped your order & crepes don't even contain eggs!" Maybe I should provide a recipe to Jamaica Blue? "Are you waiting for something else??" I said yes, just the refund please. She replied with "Why would I refund you, I swapped the order over?" I said that's because I was told over the phone otherwise I would not have bothered driving back down..... Replied with "No I'm not refunding that..." Read moreWe went to purchase coffee after doing our shopping. Ordered two lattes. The girl put two cups in front of me so I assumed it was my order. I am a bit hard of hearing so I did not hear what she said. What we received was chai lattes. My wife went back to the counter and all the girl could say was that we took somebody else’s order. There was no apology, just kept saying we took someone else’s order. Our order wasn’t even made, and the customers she was referring to was sitting down in the shop to her right. She proceeded to apologise to them for the mixup.
My wife asked to just make one coffee to replace the chai latte and the girl said no they’re already made they will be wasted. Then she proceeded to make as they weren’t made.
She was very loud and rude to my wife. She then passed the correct coffees and said give them to a complete stranger.
Not good enough, and we will not be returning...
